We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Izhevsk. Our ideal candidate is a Malayalee with excellent communication skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and has previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each customer
- Handle customer complaints or special requests with professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Must have legal right to work in Russia

Salary:
Starting at 1000$ per month (based on experience)
