Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Acre. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems that meet the needs of our organization. You will also be responsible for testing, implementing, and maintaining these systems to ensure their functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Design new computer systems that meet the needs of our organization
- Create detailed project plans and timelines for system implementation
- Test new systems to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train end-users on how to use new systems effectively
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate relevant technology into our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in project management (PMP) or business analysis (CBAP)
- Experience with biometric passport systems is a plus

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Acre, Kenya (candidates from other African countries are also welcome)
