Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of our company's databases. This role requires strong technical knowledge of database management systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient database structures for optimal performance
- Monitor and maintain database systems to ensure data integrity and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to databases
- Develop backup and recovery plans for data protection
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize database usage
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficiency in SQL and other database languages
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
