Job Title: Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. You will also need to collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that all surveying work is aligned with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques, such as GPS, total stations, and electronic distance measuring devices
- Analyze survey data and prepare maps, drawings, and reports
- Calculate land boundaries, elevations, angles, distances, and other measurements
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine project requirements and provide necessary surveying support
- Communicate with construction teams to ensure that surveying work is in line with project plans and specifications
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data or project plans
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, etc.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams involved in construction projects
- Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy and precision
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveying
