Sales Manager - Sheduva, Lithuania
We are a growing company in the African market and we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with clients in the African market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
- Identify potential clients in the African market and establish relationships
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Travel to the African market as needed for client meetings and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management, preferably in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel frequently
