We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, and performing welding tasks according to specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various positions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques according to specifications
- Inspect welds for quality and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Must have valid work permit/visa for Lithuania
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills in English
