Sales Manager - Hotel Industry

As a Sales Manager in the hotel industry, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue. You will be based in Kaunas, but will also have the opportunity to work with Malayalees and foreigners. This role does not require English language skills, but experience in sales is preferred.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new markets and increasing bookings.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to effectively negotiate and close deals with clients. Experience in the hotel industry is a plus, as well as knowledge of the local market.

As a Sales Manager, you will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth. You should have a strong understanding of sales techniques and be able to analyze data to make informed decisions.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. We value individuals who are driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently. A biometric passport is required for this role due to the international nature of our clientele.
