Team Lead (Utena, Egypt/Kenya)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Utena, Egypt or Kenya. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring high-quality work output. As the Team Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

- Overseeing daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience in client management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Availability for full-time work.
