Industrial Engineer for Manufacturing Company in Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing company in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and streamlining production processes, implementing efficient systems, and improving overall productivity. Your role will involve conducting time and motion studies, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and developing solutions to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal production methods
- Develop and implement efficient systems to streamline workflow
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency
- Monitor production data and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with management to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without sacrificing quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in process optimization techniques such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Nepali is a plus
