Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant in Sharjah and we are currently looking for skilled and experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
