Senior Executive Chef


The Senior Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our fine dining restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a skilled and experienced chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and high-quality menus that meet the preferences and dietary requirements of our clientele
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Oversee the work of kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and timely service
- Train new kitchen employees on proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for increasing profitability
- Create special event menus for private functions or seasonal promotions
- Monitor food costs and adjust menu items as needed to maintain profitability while delivering high-quality dishes
- Foster a positive work environment by communicating effectively with staff, providing constructive feedback, and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes using fresh ingredients
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality control
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This job is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
