Executive Chef - Culinary Arts - Medina, Saudi Arabia


The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations and be responsible for creating and implementing menus, maintaining food quality standards, managing inventory and staff, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts with experience in fine dining establishments. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that meet the restaurant's standards and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and portion control
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain proper food cost management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization to meet sanitation standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff and provide coaching as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Proven track record of developing successful menus that meet customer preferences while maintaining food cost targets
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train, mentor, and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Medina, Saudi Arabia

Salary:
Competitive salary of 1500$ per month (tax-free) will be offered based on experience.
