Welder - Fabrication and Repair Specialist

As a Welder - Fabrication and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to repair and maintain various equipment and structures. You will use a variety of techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to join metal components together as per specifications. Your work will also involve interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate custom parts or structures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical dexterity and ability to work with hand tools
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a workshop setting
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for non-Omani candidates

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or Stick techniques on various materials such as steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate custom parts or repair damaged structures.
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.
