Temporary Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a temporary basis in Isa Town. As the Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staffing, training, and budgeting.
- Ensure that customer service is of the highest quality and standards are consistently met.
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise all front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper ordering of supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the head chef to create innovative menus that reflect current food trends while meeting customer preferences.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English. Arabic is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be currently residing in Isa Town or willing to relocate temporarily.

Salary: 1000$ per month (with accommodation provided)
