Formwork Supervisor


As a Formwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of formwork structures on various building projects. This role requires a skilled and experienced individual who can effectively manage a team of formworkers and ensure that all work is completed to high standards and within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction sites
- Ensure that formwork structures are built according to project specifications and safety standards
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed
- Train new formworkers on techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a formworker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses in construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remish, Kenya (local candidates preferred)

Working Hours: Full-time (part-time options may be available)

Travel: Free airfare provided by employer for international candidates if required
