Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative and functional designs for various projects including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of your designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and the ability to use CAD software proficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with engineers and construction teams to ensure project success
- Use CAD software proficiently to create detailed drawings and plans
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong design skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects
