Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning residential and commercial buildings, as well as overseeing the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and designs based on client requirements
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure design specifications are met
- Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Review building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee construction process to ensure design is being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and legal requirements
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Wiltz (open to all nationalities)

This is a full-time position with the option for remote work. We also provide accommodation for non-local employees.
