Excavator Operator
Location: Bansko, Egypt or Kenya (preference)


We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators for immediate placement in Bansko, Egypt or Kenya. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth and other materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate excavators to perform tasks such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and clearing debris
- Conduct pre-use inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to coordinate tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator certification or license
- Knowledge of proper excavating techniques and equipment maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and potential for advancement within the company.
