Industrial Architect - St-Petersburg


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications and on schedule
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software, with excellent technical drawing skills
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1000$, but can be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
