Information Security Analyst



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's information systems and data from potential cyber threats. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, monitoring network activity, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems and networks
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to mitigate risks
- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious behavior or security breaches
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends in the industry
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that security measures are implemented throughout the organization
- Respond quickly and effectively to security incidents
- Conduct regular security audits and tests to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures
- Provide training and support to employees on information security best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices
- Experience with network and system security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability management processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus
