We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team at our company in Ufa, Russia. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement security measures to protect our network from cyber threats.
- Maintain and update network documentation.
- Provide technical support to users regarding network connectivity and systems usage.
- Identify areas for improvement in network performance and implement solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
- Experience with Cisco or Juniper networking equipment.
- Knowledge of security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided if needed.
