We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and managing the kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring food quality and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our guests
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality and consistent dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menus that meet guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of food quality and presentation at all times

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. However, we can provide assistance in finding suitable housing in Izhevsk.

We offer free visa sponsorship for foreign employees. A one-way ticket to Izhevsk will also be provided.
