Job Title: Executive Chef at a Seasonal Resort in Izhevsk



We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a seasonal resort in Izhevsk. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and has a strong background in culinary arts. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the resort's dining services
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients are always available
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen according to health regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative menus that cater to different dietary needs/preferences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located at our seasonal resort in Izhevsk. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
