We are in search of an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Izhevsk. As the head of the kitchen, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure that our dishes meet high quality and taste standards. Your role will include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, staff training, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an Executive Chef, be familiar with Indian cuisine, and have strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that showcase traditional Indian dishes while incorporating modern techniques
- Source high-quality ingredients from local markets or suppliers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Oversee all food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Work closely with management to control costs while still providing exceptional dining experience for customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Good understanding of food cost control
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
