Head Baker

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at a bustling bakery in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all baked goods and leading a team of bakers to ensure high-quality products are consistently delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain recipes for a variety of baked goods
- Oversee the production process and ensure all products meet quality standards
- Train and manage a team of bakers, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Monitor trends in the baking industry and make recommendations for improvement or innovation within the bakery

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are considered an asset)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Izhevsk, Russia on a full-time basis

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus benefits. Visa sponsorship may also be available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
