Concierge Assistant



We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Concierge with various tasks to ensure that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. This is a temporary position, perfect for students or individuals without previous experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, shows, or other events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Maintain an organized concierge desk and keep it stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist the Concierge with special requests from guests, such as arranging surprise gifts or decorations for special occasions
- Provide directions and recommendations to guests regarding local attractions, shopping, and dining options

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in college preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Jerusalem, but we welcome applicants of all nationalities who have their own visa to work in Israel.
