Entry-Level Architectural Designer

As an entry-level architectural designer, you will work closely with our team of experienced architects to develop and design innovative and functional spaces. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings and plans, researching materials and building codes, and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life. You should have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team setting. As an entry-level architectural designer, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting senior architects in developing design concepts and plans
- Creating detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Researching materials, building codes, and regulations
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Presenting designs and plans to clients for feedback and approval
- Making necessary revisions based on client feedback
- Working with contractors during the construction phase to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Previous internship or work experience in architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (candidates must be willing to relocate if not already based in Atlanta)
