Data-Analytics Specialist

As a Data-Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to provide valuable insights for our company. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance. Your main duties will include identifying trends, creating reports, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. This position is based in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Identify patterns and trends within the data to uncover insights
- Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven strategies for business improvement
- Use statistical methods to validate data accuracy and ensure quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau or other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and interpret large datasets
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data validation techniques
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
