Job Title: Office Manager

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Las Vegas. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem solve. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and be able to manage a team effectively. This position offers a salary of $1300 and requires the candidate to have a biometric passport. Fluency in English is not required, but proficiency in Hindi or another Indian language is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and overseeing administrative tasks
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure
- Biometric passport required for international travel on behalf of the company
- Fluency in English is not required but proficiency in Hindi or another Indian language is preferred
