Hotel Sales Manager - Los Angeles, USA
We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and promoting our hotelβs services and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training as needed
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the hotelβs services
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals for the hotel
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
