Industrial Architect - Contract Position (Akron, OH)


We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proven experience creating detailed plans and blueprints using CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position based in Akron, Ohio. We welcome candidates of any nationality who are legally authorized to work in the United States. The salary for this position is $1100 per week.
