Entry-Level Welder in Akron, OH


We are seeking an ambitious and hardworking Entry-Level Welder to join our team in Akron, OH. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to fuse and shape metal parts for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment according to specifications
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a welding training program or apprenticeship preferred
- Previous experience in welding or related field is a plus but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
