Puncher – Entry Level


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Puncher to join our team in Bungoma. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes, notches, and other shapes into metal or plastic materials based on specifications provided. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have an interest in manufacturing and are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and tools to punch holes, notches, or other shapes into metal or plastic materials
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine punch locations
- Measure and mark material before punching
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain machines and tools by cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs as needed
- Assist with material handling and organization as directed by supervisor
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bungoma (open to candidates from other cities in Kenya)
