Urgent Truck Driver


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an essential member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to various destinations. This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate company-owned or leased trucks to facilitate the delivery of goods
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other necessary documentation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and report any issues or damages to management
- Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure timely delivery schedules are met
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating the truck

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Own visa and accommodation preferred
