Administrator for English-Speaking Foreigners in Nakuru
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an English-speaking foreigner, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our company and ensuring smooth operations. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Schedule appointments and meetings for company executives
- Handle visa sponsorship process for foreign employees
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, as well as experience working in an English-speaking environment
- Previous experience as an Administrator or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Kenya
