We are a dynamic and growing company in need of an efficient and professional Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
- Schedule appointments for the management team as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (Arabic speaking skills is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not required
Salary:
$1700 per month
