Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant for our company in Malindi, Kenya. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include handling incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining files and databases, and assisting with daily office tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but visa sponsorship is available for non-Kenyan applicants. Malayalees and Canadians are encouraged to apply, but nationality is not a strict requirement. No English proficiency is required for this position.
