We are seeking experienced Industrial Alpinists to join our team in Shan, providing high-altitude services to industrial facilities and structures. As an Industrial Alpinist, your main responsibilities will include performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on hard-to-reach areas using specialized equipment and techniques. You must have a strong understanding of safety procedures and be physically fit to work in challenging environments.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist
- Certification in industrial rope access techniques (e.g. IRATA or SPRAT)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus)
- Flexible schedule for potential contract jobs

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be working closely with our clients to provide solutions for their high-altitude needs. This may include conducting inspections, cleaning or painting surfaces, installing equipment or structures, and performing repairs as needed. You must be able to work efficiently and safely in various weather conditions.

Your main duties will involve setting up ropes and rigging systems, using specialized tools and equipment such as harnesses, ascenders, descenders, carabiners, drills, etc., completing tasks according to project specifications, inspecting equipment for wear or damage before use, maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
