Database Administrator


Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Eschen. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our organization's databases to ensure the smooth operation of our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation
- Develop and implement data backup and recovery plans
- Troubleshoot database issues as they arise and provide timely resolution
- Upgrade and patch databases to ensure security and stability
- Collaborate with other IT team members to design, implement, and maintain database structures
- Identify areas for improvement in data management processes and make recommendations for enhancements
- Develop policies and procedures for effective database usage, security, and maintenance
- Provide technical support to end-users on database-related inquiries

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in SQL and other database query languages
- In-depth knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with data backup, recovery, and migration processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Eschen (accommodation provided)
