We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join our team in Triesen. As an English speaking professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization. This position is suitable for foreigners, particularly those from African countries, who are looking to start their career in the administrative field.

Salary: 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a professional manner
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for team members
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering when necessary

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
