Our company is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in plastering and a strong understanding of construction materials and techniques. This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and smoothing any imperfections
- Mix and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco, texture coating, or decorative moldings
- Ensure a smooth and even finish by sanding or polishing the plaster surface
- Repair any cracks or damages in existing plasterwork as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plastering
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques related to plastering
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights if needed
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Multan, Pakistan (nationality/location preference is not required)
