Job Title: Plasterer Supervisor


As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of plasterers in the city of Gujrat. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all plastering work is completed to high quality standards and within given timeframes. You will also be responsible for training and supervising new plasterers, as well as monitoring the progress and performance of your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plasterers and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all plastering work is completed according to specifications and within given timelines
- Train and mentor new plasterers on techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor the progress and performance of your team, providing feedback and addressing any issues that may arise
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or Plasterer Supervisor
- Excellent knowledge of different types of plastering materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
