Information Security Analyst


We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Faisalabad. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and ensuring the security of our network systems. Your role will involve conducting regular security assessments, implementing security protocols, and providing expertise on all aspects of information security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious or unauthorized behavior
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or breaches
- Stay up-to-date with the latest information security trends, threats, and technologies
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on best practices for information security
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in information security analysis or related role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption methods, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred
