Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the city of Karachi. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budget management
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management
- Manage change orders and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Monitor project expenses to keep within budget constraints
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards project success
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Karachi but candidates from other cities in Pakistan will also be considered.

Preference:
We prefer candidates who hold a biometric passport.
