Online Consultant - Biometric Passport (Contract) in Lahore


We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team in Lahore. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients who are applying for biometric passports. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video calls to assist them with their biometric passport applications.
- Provide accurate information and advice on the requirements and procedures for obtaining a biometric passport.
- Review and verify client documents to ensure they meet the necessary criteria.
- Assist clients in filling out application forms and submitting required documents.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in biometric passport regulations and procedures.
- Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience as an online consultant or customer service representative is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of biometric passport procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
