Arabic Language Instructor

We are in need of a skilled Arabic language instructor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Arabic language instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in learning the Arabic language. This includes developing lesson plans, conducting classroom activities, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare lessons according to the curriculum and students' needs.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classroom activities that promote language learning.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to ensure their progress.
- Assess students' performance through assignments, exams, and other methods.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians regarding their progress.
- Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods to enhance student learning experience.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

- Native or near-native proficiency in the Arabic language.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with current teaching methods and techniques.
- Ability to adapt teaching style based on students' needs and learning styles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching certification or diploma in Teaching Arabic as a Second Language (TASL).
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Fluency in English or other languages is a plus.

Salary: $1700 per month
