Mason Foreman


We are seeking a skilled Mason Foreman to join our construction team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to masons in order to meet project timelines
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution
- Inspect work progress and quality of completed tasks by masons
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools needed for masonry work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or similar role in construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to communicate in basic English is required
- African nationalities preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with visa sponsorship for this full-time position. This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and have previous experience in the construction industry.
