A reputable retail company in Jizan, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are stocked with the latest products and displays are visually appealing to attract customers. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and making recommendations for inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Ensure that all products are properly priced and labeled
- Maintain a clean and organized store layout
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual display
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English language skills
