Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized fitness plans for clients based on their goals and abilities. You will conduct fitness assessments, provide nutrition guidance, and lead personalized workout sessions to help clients reach their fitness goals.

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, current fitness level, and any potential health issues
- Design personalized workout plans that align with clients' goals, abilities, and preferences
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients through regular check-ins and progress tracking
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition guidelines, and injury prevention methods
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for clients during training sessions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the fitness industry to continuously improve your knowledge and skills
- Maintain a clean and safe workout space for clients to use equipment properly

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (accommodation provided)

Employment Type: Contract (with the possibility of extension)
