Industrial Architect


We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your primary role will be to create functional, efficient and safe spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and budget constraints
- Create preliminary designs and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with accommodation. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for international travel.
